Goals
Perform high quality work, provide a clean, safe work environment, minimize disruption to the residents of the Association
Challenges
Intricate, detailed work, multiple complex color schemes, water usage challenges….had to work with local water district to allow pressure washing. We changed to low output tips on our pressure washers, minimize water and drips at hose connections, minimize water waste by being efficient
I wanted to send a sincere thank you. Your crew went way beyond my expectations, and their attention to detail is second to none; Nico is very professional and customer service oriented. The project at the Villas in Granite Bay looks great! Your crew was the right choice for us and we couldn’t be happier. For myself in particular, driving up to my newly painted home is like coming up to a new house. Thanks again!

When it came time to paint all the homes at The Villas at Granite Bay, I cringed at the thought of the task ahead. Thank heavens I found Tim Ancira and his crew at Cal-Pro Painting. Everyone at Cal-Pro from the owner, office manager, supervisors, and crew were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. And this project was no easy task. Besides painting the houses an all new color scheme, all the stucco and wooden walls were included as well as all wrought-iron fencing and fixtures.
The entire project was finished on time, and I received so many compliments from The Villas homeowners for a job well done! Thank you to everyone on the Cal-Pro Painting Team. You are the best in the business!!
