The Challenge
Unlike a full repaint, this project required painting only the areas affected by repairs, then blending them invisibly into the existing finishes. Any variation in color, sheen, or coverage would have left the community looking incomplete.
The Solution
We coordinated community-wide gutter and downspout replacement with our subcontractor, then performed pre-paint inspections to catch decayed wood the removal had exposed. After replacing damaged siding and trim, and coordinating building department inspections, our crews color-matched and repainted the affected areas with precision to maintain a seamless visual appearance with the existing colors on the property.
